Located to the south side of the beautiful old town of Sozopol (a UNESCO protected town), and Bulgaria 's oldest costal settlement. It has also been described as the most romantic and artistic town on the Black Sea Coast.
Sozopol Dreams is quite literally a stones throw just 40 meters (c.130 Ft) from the beach.
It is one of the very few schemes which is located so close to a beach, combined with the connivance of being close to the amenities of the town.
The scheme of seasonal holiday homes comprising 43 apartments, It is designed in a "U' with the open side of the courtyard facing towards the sea. The building wraps around the courtyard stepping up in height two to four stories. The scheme is designed to echo the traditional architecture of the town in its scale and layout, reminiscent of a group of small houses clustered together. It also incorporates traditional elements with timber clad rooms protruding from the building as well as external overhanging timber balconies and stepped extended roofs. The inclusion of a windmill feature evokes past times when there were a common sight along the coastal regions.
